Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our return policy before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final on Opened Hair

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, worn, installed, or altered hair products.

This includes hair that has been:

• Unsealed or unwrapped

• Brushed, combed, or washed

• Dyed, bleached, or chemically processed

• Installed, worn, or tampered with

2. Unopened Hair Returns (Within 7 Days)

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery or purchase on unopened, unused hair in its original packaging.

• Items must be in resale condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.

3. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or believe your product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Photo or video proof is required.

• We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened hair products

• Custom wigs or custom-colored units

• Clearance or promotional items

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped. If you need to update an order, please contact us immediately after purchase.

1. Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Custom wigs or special requests may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: Available upon request (additional fees apply)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

• Packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

If you need an address change, contact us immediately after placing your order.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are no longer responsible.

If your package is lost or stolen:

• File a claim directly with the carrier

• We will assist when possible, but replacements/refunds are not guaranteed
