    For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, worn, installed, or altered hair products.

    This includes hair that has been:


    • Unsealed or unwrapped

    • Brushed, combed, or washed

    • Dyed, bleached, or chemically processed

    • Installed, worn, or tampered with



    2. Unopened Hair Returns (Within 7 Days)



    We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery or purchase on unopened, unused hair in its original packaging.


    • Items must be in resale condition.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.



    3. Incorrect or Defective Items



    If you receive the wrong item or believe your product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


    • Photo or video proof is required.

    • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.



    4. Non-Returnable Items


    The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:


    • Opened hair products

    • Custom wigs or custom-colored units

    • Clearance or promotional items
