Refund 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, All SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer a refunds on hair extensions, wigs or hair- related products once they have been shipped or picked up.

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges if:

  • ​The item is unused

  • The hair is not altered (no washing, Coloring, cutting, installing, or removing from packaging.

  • The original packaging and tags are fully intact

  • The exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is inspected and approved, an exchanged or credit will be issued. ​

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within the first 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number 

  • Clear photos of the issue 

Non -returnable items ​

  • Custom or special orders

  • clearance or sale items 

  • Hair that has been worn, installed, or altered in any way.

Chargebacks & Disputes ​

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be investigated and may result in account restrictions.
